Dr. Kirtan Gopal Panda received his Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Rourkela, India, in 2010 and his Master of Technology degree in Communication and Signal Processing Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Silchar, India, in 2016. He completed his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India, in 2024. Currently, he is working as a Research Associate at the KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence, University of Cyprus. His research interests include UAV-assisted networks, wireless sensor networks, and resource optimization.
