Solon Nikolaou

Solon Nikolaou received his Diploma Degree in Rural and Land Surveying Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens in 2013 and his Master Degree (MSc) in Sustainable Energy Systems from the University of Edinburgh in 2014. He worked for one year as a Land Surveyor Engineer until 2015. For the next four years, until 2019, as GIS-Analyst where he gained valuable knowledge in the sector of spatial analysis and geo-informatics. The last 2 years, from 2019 to 2021, as a Fiber Networks engineer focusing on the oversee design of the fiber architectures using GIS-Based telecommunication tools. Currently he works as a Research Engineer at the KIOS Center of Excellence specialized in Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
