Taimoor Khan Mehmand

Taimoor Khan Mehmand received his Bachelor of science (Electrical Engineering) degree in 2013 from National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, Peshawar Pakistan. Soon after his graduation, he got a scholarship for his Master’s degree from Finland Government. He started his MSc degree in Science(Technology) in 2013 and graduated in 2016 from Tampere University of Technology, Finland. After his studies, he worked as a Research Assistant in Finland and later in Hong Kong’s University. Currently he is working as a Researcher at KIOS and also as a PhD student at the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of University of Cyprus. His research interests include Scientific development of smart grids, Integration of renewable energy sources into power grids, power system modelling and dynamics.
