Guidelines for Presenters

General Guidelines

Presentations are allotted 15 minutes for the talk and 5 minutes for questions from the audience with a total duration of 20 minutes. All lecture rooms will be equipped with a laptop and a video projector or TV monitor.

Presentations:

All presenters should arrive at their lecture room at least 10 minutes before the start of the session to introduce themselves to the Session Chair/Co-chair and transfer their presentation files to the conference computer using a USB Flash Drive. A volunteer has been assigned to each room to help with problem troubleshooting.
