To prepare an outstanding technical program we invite you to submit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Contributed\/Invited session papers<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Invited session proposals<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Short papers (1-2 pages long)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>that will complement the technical program by giving to all participants a view on the recent advances in the fields of fault diagnosis, fault tolerant control and their application in process monitoring and maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important Dates<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Submission Deadlines:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Submission Deadline for <em>Contributed\/Survey\/Invited Papers<\/em> and <em>Invited Session proposals<\/em> : <strong>30 May 2025 <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Submission Deadline for <em>Short papers<\/em> : <strong>30 June 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Notification of Acceptance: <\/strong>8 July 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Final version due and early registration:<\/strong> 31 July&nbsp;2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Submission Guidelines <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Contributed\/Invited Papers<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Papers must be submitted electronically via web upload only. Full papers should be submitted in standard IEEE A4 paper and double-column format for conferences. Six pages are allowed for each paper. All papers and invited session proposals must be submitted electronically through the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/controls.papercept.net\/conferences\/scripts\/start.pl\">PaperCept Conference Management System<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Download conference templates for <a href=\"http:\/\/controls.papercept.net\/conferences\/support\/tex.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LaTeX<\/a> \/ <a href=\"http:\/\/controls.papercept.net\/conferences\/support\/word.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Microsoft<\/a> Word formats.<br>Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process, and all submissions must be done through the <a href=\"https:\/\/controls.papercept.net\/conferences\/scripts\/start.pl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PaperCept Conference Management System<\/a>.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Submitted papers will undergo a peer review process, coordinated by the Program Chairs and the IPC.&nbsp;<br>Only registered and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Short papers:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SysTol 2025 is also accepting <strong>Short papers<\/strong> for presentation at the conference. Short papers should be 1\u20132 pages in length and will be evaluated by the Program Committee. Accepted Short papers will be presented at SysTol 2025, similar to Contributed\/Invited papers; however, no full paper is required, and they will not be included in the official Conference Proceedings of SysTol 2025. Short papers should be prepared in the standard IEEE A4 paper size and double-column format, and submitted electronically through the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/controls.papercept.net\/conferences\/scripts\/start.pl\">PaperCept Conference Management System<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Invited Sessions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Researchers who would like to organise one or more&nbsp;<strong>Invited Sessions<\/strong>&nbsp;on topics falling within the scope of the conference are invited to submit a proposal for consideration. This should include: the title of the session, a copy of the session abstract as well as individual paper abstracts from each of the proposed participants.
