All lecture rooms will be equipped with a laptop and a video projector or TV monitor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Presentations:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All presenters should arrive at their lecture room at least 10 minutes before the start of the session to introduce themselves to the Session Chair\/Co-chair and transfer their presentation files to the conference computer using a USB Flash Drive.
