Eleni Panagopoulou is a Research Engineer I at the KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence. Previously, she worked in Silicon Valley, California, in Video Technology R&D, contributing to computer vision and intelligent video systems, and in Copenhagen in enterprise AI and digital innovation. She later led enterprise AI transformation initiatives, driving the development of LLM applications, AI agents and enterprise platforms, alongside AI governance and organization-wide adoption. She holds a Bachelor’s in Economics with International Experience from the University of Sheffield, including a year at Copenhagen Business School and a minor in Entrepreneurship, and a Master’s in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School with a minor in Data in Business, alongside continuing studies in statistics and AI at Stanford University.
