Demetris Kallasides received his BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Central Lancashire and his MSc in Business Administration from Radboud University. His undergraduate thesis addressed the design of a geophone-based data acquisition system for microtremor surveys. He previously worked as a research assistant across several projects, including precision agriculture using IoT and UAVs. Demetris’ research interests include embedded systems and machine learning. He is currently a Research Engineer I at the KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence.
