Michalis received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Cyprus in 2025. Since January 2024, he has been an Intern at the KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence, conducting cybersecurity research on botnet analysis and risk profiling, and contributing to the EU Horizon COCOON project. He is currently a PhD Student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Cyprus, undertaking his research at KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence. His research interests focus on Cybersecurity, Machine Learning, and Cyber-Physical Systems.
