Yianna Theocharous holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Cyprus and an MBA from the Mediterranean Institute of Management. She has extensive experience in human resources, having worked as an HR Manager at International Brands and previously as a Business Consultant at a training center in Cyprus. She is currently a Human Resource Specialist at the KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence, managing HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation, while also contributing to the Center’s strategic initiatives related to HR.
