Yianna Theocharous has received her Bachelor Degree in Sociology from University of Cyprus and her MBA Degree from the Mediterranean Institute of Management. She has worked for seven and a half years as HR Manager in International Brands and has previously worked as Business consultant in a training Center in Cyprus. She is currently working as a Human Resource Specialist at KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence. She is responsible for managing the HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development and policy implementation.
