Alexis Kyriacou

Alexis received a B.Sc and a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the University of Cyprus in 2013 and 2020 respectively. From 2014 to 2020, he has been employed as a Researcher at KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence. His research interests include fault detection and diagnosis, optimization techniques, contaminant diagnosis and accommodation in Intelligent Buildings and Islanding methodologies for Power Systems. Alexis served as the Secretary of IEEE University of Cyprus Student Branch from 2015 to 2018 and he is the Chair of IEEE Cyprus Computational Intelligence Chapter from Nov. 2016.
Alexis is currently the Founder and CEO of LELANTUS INNOVATIONS, a startup company in Cyprus which specializes in the development and commercialization of services and products that improve the Indoor Environment Quality.
