Christian Vitale

Christian Vitale is currently a Senior Research Associate at the KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence at the University of Cyprus, which he joined in March 2019, and where he was awarded an Individual Widening Marie-Curie Fellowship. His work at the center focuses on robust optimization-based trajectory planning of multi-agent systems. Furthermore, he actively contributes to European and National projects investigating the impact of wireless technologies on autonomous systems and critical infrastructures. Throughout his career, Christian has worked in important research institutions such as Politecnico di Torino and Telecom Paris, as well as in industrial research departments including NEC Europe. He has authored over 30 peer-reviewed articles in prestigious international conferences and journals, for which he has also received a Best Paper Award (at Online GreenComm) and an Honorable Mention (at COMSNETS).
