Georgia Katsifaraki received her PhD from the Department of Business and Public Administration of the University of Cyprus in the field of Service Science (2022); in Georgia’s research, services are seen through a cross-disciplinary approach, using Strategic, Marketing, and Economic lens, within a Management Information Systems context. Her academic studies further include a BSc in Informatics and an MSc in Electronic Automation and Information Systems from the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications of the Kapodistrian University of Athens. In 2013 she also graduated from the English MBA Program of the University of Cyprus, and has further received a number of other awards and scholarships for excellent performance. Her research interests include investigating actors’ engagement and the co-creation process within intelligent service ecosystems, shared economy and web applications; business intelligence and data analytics; machine learning and data science techniques; service economics and econometrics. Currently, she will be working as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence.
