Giannis Savva

Giannis Savva received his B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Cyprus in 2017. He is currently a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Cyprus and a Research Assistant at the KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence, University of Cyprus. Giannis is a Graduate Student Member of IEEE. His research interests are in the areas of telecommunications, resource allocation algorithms in spectrally-spatially flexible optical networks (SS-FONs), network planning, network coding, and physical layer security in optical networks.
