Marios Constantinou

Marios Constantinou studied Computer Science at the Ionian University. His thesis was based on evaluating state-of-the-art deep learning models on their ability to detect COVID-19 from CXR images. Later his thesis got published on MDPI with the help of his supervisors. He is now working as a Research Engineer on computer vision tasks for the drones team at KIOS Research & Innovation Center of Excellence,  where his main focus is to implement novel methods for crowd detection and localization.
