Olga Charalambous received her BSc degree in Business Administration (Management) and her MSc degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Cyprus in 2020 and 2023 respectively. Olga worked as an HR Consultant for a multinational firm, participating in various HR-related projects of the private and public sectors. She is currently working at the KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence as a Human Resource Specialist, developing and strengthening the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resource management policies, procedures, and practices.
