Panagiotis Andreou

Panagiotis Andreou received an MEng degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University, UK, in 2021, where he is currently pursuing a PhD focused on Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) prediction and characterization in electric powertrains. Beyond his core research, Panagiotis has contributed to various industry collaborations, working on analytical tribo-dynamic modeling of automotive components, designing thermal management solutions for heavy-duty vehicles using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) tools, and conducting experimental fault diagnosis in high-performance powertrains. In March 2025, he joined the KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence as a Research Engineer I, focusing on CFD and reduced-order model development for optimizing wind turbine farms.
