Saifal Talpur holds a PhD from AUT University, New Zealand and MSc. in Electrical Power Engineering from KTH, Sweden. Currently serving as a Research Associate at KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence at the forefront of advancing the reliability and resilience of transmission and distribution networks. His research spans a wide spectrum, focusing on the application of machine learning in power systems, condition assessment of overhead lines, congestion management, and optimization techniques which contributes to more efficient, sustainable, and resilient electrical power infrastructures.
