Theofanis Demetriou is currently a Business Analyst at the KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence, with proven experience in innovation, infrastructure, and digitalisation. He received an MEng in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from University of Bath in 2015. Before joining KIOS, he managed the innovation portfolio of the London Tunnels of the High Speed Rail Link between London and Birmingham. His career also includes complex project delivery in UK rail sector and setting benchmarks for asset assurance. He is experienced in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and bridging academia with industry.
