On the occasion of the International Day of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), the KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence in collaboration with the Digital Innovation Hub in Cyprus (DiGiNN) is organizing an event entitled:
“6th KIOS GIS Day: Advancing Open Science with GIS”.
The event will take place on Wednesday, 20 November 2024, at 10:00 (Cyprus Time), in Amphitheater B108 (A. Leventis Building), University of Cyprus.
The event will include a keynote presentation by Dr. Hans van der Kwast, Assoc. Professor of Open Science and Digital Innovation at the IHE Delft Institute for Water Education as well as other presentations from GIS specialists from the public sector in Cyprus.
