The KIOS CoE announces its annual Graduate Summer School 2018 on Intelligent Systems and Control, which will take place on 3-7 September 2018 at the University of Cyprus in Nicosia, Cyprus. The summer school is jointly organized by the University of Cyprus and Imperial College London, as part of the KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence (KIOS CoE).
The KIOS Graduate Summer School is designed especially for young professionals, Ph.D. students, or recent graduates studying Intelligent Systems and Networks, Control Theory, Machine Learning and related areas.
The School includes lectures by internationally renowned experts:
- Prof. Sergios Theodoridis, IEEE Fellow, Course on Machine Learning
- Prof. Alberto Isidori, IEEE Fellow, Course on Nonlinear Control
The summer school also includes poster presentations by participating researchers, hands-on exercises, practical laboratory courses, a machine learning hackathon, and social events.
